Welcome to AdBucket's User Agreement!
1. The information presented by this site is deemed to be accurate, but it has not been independently verified. We make no guarantee, warranty or representation. It is the user's responsibility to independently confirm accuracy, to make sure the ad is fully completed, and to fix your own typos.
2. User Conduct
User agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treatises and regulations in connection with the service. The user agrees to not transmit or post information that is harmful to other members.
3. Termination
This website in its sole discretion, may terminate user's password, account or use of the service and remove, modify or discard any data within the service at any time, if the user fails to comply with this Agreement.
4. Indemnification
User shall indemnify and hold AdBucket's and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of, or in connection with user's use of the service (including the content) or breach of this Agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AdBucket be liable to anyone for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any type or kind arising out of, or in any way connected with this service, including but not limited to user's use or inability to use the service or for any content obtained from or through the service.
On AdBucket you also agree to the following:
1. Once your house, auto, or item has sold, you must immediately delete that advertisement
2. You may only contact an AdBucket member if you are actually interested in their service or item for sale. No competing website shall solicite AdBucket members.
3. You are not allowed to sell any item on AdBucket that is illegal, harmful, degrading, offensive or unsafe. No guns, drugs, liquor, smokes or pornography.
4. You can post up to 20 ads in one day. Do not post the same ad several times in a row or you will be deleted and banned for abusing AdBucket. If you are advertising a home, you can post the same ad in the trading house section and in the general house posting section. If you are advertising an auto, you can post the same ad in the trade your auto section and general auto posting. Don't repost your ad every day. You may repost your ad every 3 days.
5. Do not purposely post an ad in the wrong category. AdBucket Members are watching you!
6. Don't post an ad on AdBucket if you are from outside of Canada. Only post if you live here.

3. Exclusion of Warranties. We make no representation or warranty regarding the functionality or condition of this website, its suitability for use, or that its use will be uninterrupted or error-free. ALL MATERIAL OR INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED TO YOU AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the Site without the written permission of AdBucket or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited.

Although AdBucket may from time to time create new features, or monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, AdBucket is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site.
