If they are interested you have a possible match and if you have contacted other homes you liked, you may even get multiple offers on your home! If you have a Realtor in your corner, they will help the transaction go quickly and smoothly!
Once someone likes your home and you like theirs, you have a couple of items you must agree on. You first agree on what each other is going to pay for one another’s home, the same possession, completion and adjustment dates, what the inclusions and exclusions are ect. You then buy and sell each others home like in a typical real estate transaction. Again for your transaction to be as smooth as possible, contact a professional Real Estate Agent in your area or seek legal advice to make sure the transaction is completed properly. If your home is already listed with a Realtor, they will know what to do.
