What kind of ads can I post on AdBucket?
On AdBucket you can post your home for trade. If you do not want to trade your home, you can submit a regular classified Real Estate Listing for sale. You can even Buy, Sell or Trade your Auto on AdBucket. You can also post an ad for Rental Accommodations, Services Offered to home owners and Items For Sale.
Who is the AdBucket's trading function for?
The trading section is for Sellers, Builders, and Real Estate Agents who are trying to sell a home. Someone who can't buy their dream home until their current home sells. A builder who has a new house that he is willing to trade for a condo which could possibly be rented out. A Realtor who wants to bring the right Buyers and Sellers together ect.
How long can my ad be posted for?
All classified ads expire after 30 days. Your ad will then be saved in your AdBucket profile page. When you login again and go to your profile page, you can resubmit your ad at that point. You will get a notification email when your ad reaches page 5 and when it is about to expire. We then provide you a link back to AdBucket so you can login to your account.
How long does it take to see my ad on AdBucket?
Usually soon after it is posted. However, sometimes due to a busy server, it might occasionally take a bit longer.
My ad does not seem to show up?
This may happen because your ad has been suspended or purely deleted as it does not comply with the terms and conditions of the AdBucket.
Can I publish the same ad several times without restriction?
Do not post an ad several times in a row or you will be deleted and banned for abusing AdBucket. If you are advertising a home, you can post the same ad in the trading house section and in the general house posting section. If you are advertising an auto, you can post the same ad in the trade your auto section and general auto posting. Don't repost your ad every day. You may repost your ad every 3days.
What if the category or area I want to post an ad in does not currently exist on AdBucket?
Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the homepage and fill in your name, email, and the new categories or area you would like to see on AdBucket.
Should I post all four pictures when I submit an ad?
Are you serious? People want to see what they are buying! Post four pictures in different angles if you have to, of what ever it is you are selling. It will help to sell your item, service, auto, or house quicker. A picture tells a thousand words!
How much does it cost to post a classified ad on AdBucket?
It is FREE to post an ad in the classified section of AdBucket. When you post your listing, you do have an option to pay a small fee to keep it on the first page of the section you are advertising in for a week or you can get a Stand Out Ad. By keeping your ad on the first page or having it Stand Out, it will get noticed much more often than an ad on pages further down and have a greater chance of your item selling faster or your Service being seen much more.
Can I post my home for trade if it is already listed with a realtor?
Most definitely! The most exposure your home has, the faster it will sell! Make sure you both know it is posted on AdBucket to avoid posting more than once.
What are the tips to follow to avoid being scammed or deceived?
Try to be smart when it comes to dealing with people, don't fall for too good to be true offers. Also, we understand that a free service like ours opens doors sometimes to unscrupulous people who more often operate from abroad. Don't send any money overseas. Disregard all the emails offering million of pounds, dodgy transactions, fishy courier company or third-party payment services emails. Finally, as much as possible, prefer the face to face trading option.
