AdBucket was started because of the problem that Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate were having in a slow market. Many homeowners were financed to buy a bigger home, but could not purchase one until their current home sold. The same is true for someone downsizing but not willing to do so until their current home sold. AdBucket is the best way to bring these people together and create more real estate transactions.
We also wanted to provide an area on the site for businesses to submit FREE advertisements to market their services to home owners, to have items for sale for the home, and to have a rental function for condo's, basement suites, and houses. We also added the option for people to submit FREE ads for their autos and for people to trade them, helping bring buyers and sellers of vehicles together as well.
